• Act as Project Leader and liaise with the consultant, contractor, designer, and internal departments for the end-to-end project cycle.
• Responsible for the entire project's planning, development progress, quality measurement, and cost control, with a total project sum of HK$800M.
• Establish a master program and provide continuous monitoring ensuring site activities are followed with the master program during the course of construction.
• Ensure all project technical issues including ELS, the foundation works, ABWF Works, fitting out, and external decoration works have been measured, evaluated, and reviewed.
• Build effective control on the project operation to minimize all environmental impacts by construction activities.
• Liaise government departments, utility providers, site project teams, and consultants in the feasibility study, preparing design drawings, and obtaining all necessary permits and approvals.
• Responsible for all Project financial issues including payment, claim, budget setting & control.
• Monitor and coordinate the progress of construction and ensure the project timeline is met in a timely and costly.
• Investigate and provide innovative technical solutions to the team to enhance overall effectiveness and productivity.
• Initiate risk analysis and prepare risk assessment report with relevant parties and stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Degree in Building Studies, Civil/Structural Engineering, or Construction Management
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in building construction.
• Relevant Hospital Authority design & build construction project management is a must.
• Professional qualifications such as MHKIE, MAIB, MCIOB, MHKICM or equivalent preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills are required.
