Project Manager - Building Services. Leading HK Organization

KITE Search are working with one of the most recognised names in Hong Kong with an impressive history and a diverse real estate portfolio that includes residential, hospitality, leisure, commercial and retail assets. We are currently looking for a Hong Kong based highly experienced Project Manager - Building Services .

Responsibilities:
• Lead a technical services team in dealing with day-to-day and proactive / planned building fabric repair & maintenance, building services system and HVAC repair & maintenance, tenancy fitting out and reinstatement, premises improvement and renovation of commercial investment portfolio
• Review maintenance standards and logs, monitor contractors’ work performance and progress to ensure company’s standard is achieved
• Formulate annual budget of repair and maintenance works and capex projects
• Vet and comment fitting out proposal submitted by tenants
• initiate planning, managing, monitoring and control of premises improvement, upgrading, alteration works and contingency plans
• Plan, implement and review energy conservation measures of the premises
• Liaise and co-ordinate with team partners of leasing, tenant services, building management, promotion and marketing as well as external consultants, designers, governmental departments.

Requirements:
• Formal Degree in Building Studies/ Building Services/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
• Possess recognized professional membership – Chartered Engineer/ HKIE/ CIBSE or equivalent
• Possess at least 10 years of relevant experience, 5 years of which at managerial level with exposure in renovation, A&A, fit-out works and building maintenance at sizable high-end commercial properties including office and shopping arcade
• Well versed with the latest relevant ordinances, code of practices and the best technical practices in the building / facility management / maintenance industry
• Possess strong analytical, customer-oriented, excellent communication and people management skill
• Mature, independent and with strong leadership, and able to work within set timeframe
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Familiar with MS applications, AutoCAD, building / maintenance information system and energy management
