Senior Java Developer - Algo (Prime Delta 1)

Grade: Vice President (VP)

Main Responsibilities:
• Design and develop high-performance algorithmic trading solutions using Java.
• Collaborate with traders and other stakeholders to deliver low-latency trading systems.
• Ensure system reliability and performance in a high-pressure investment banking environment.

Key Requirements:
• Programming Language: Proficiency in Java is required.
• Investment Banking Experience: A solid background in investment banking is essential, specifically in the Prime Services division.
• Algorithm Development: Proven experience in algorithm development is a must.
• Low Latency: Strong understanding and experience in low-latency systems.
• OMS: Experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Equities: Familiarity with equities trading is advantageous.

Qualifications:
• Experience: Ideally 15 years or more in software development, with a significant portion in financial services. Candidates with around 10 years of robust experience may also be considered.
• Grade: VP level preferred.
