Ecommerce Operations & Growth Lead
The Wee Bean | Hong Kong | Full-Time
We are a fast-growing Hong Kong baby lifestyle brand selling organic, skin-safe newborn products through our Shopify store and retail partners. We are looking for a full-time Ecommerce Operations & Growth Lead to become the right hand to the founders and run the day-to-day execution of the business. This is not a junior admin job. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to help build and grow a real ecommerce brand.
What You Will Do
You will own everything that keeps the store running and turning traffic into sales.
Store Operations
• Process and pack daily orders
• Print shipping labels and manage courier pickups
• Handle returns, refunds, and customer service messages
• Track inventory and flag low-stock items
• Manage wholesale and consignment orders
Marketing & Sales Execution
• Create, schedule and publish Instagram posts, stories, and Reels
• Send EDMs and promotions in Klaviyo
• Create and manage discount codes
• Launch sales banners, promo bars, and countdown timers
• Upload blog posts and content
Website & Shopify
• Upload new products
• Update collections and homepage
• Make sure all sales and promotions are live and correct
Growth Support
• Support influencer (KOL) and PR outreach
• Prepare content and product assets for campaigns
Who We Are Looking For
You might be a great fit if you:
• Have experience in retail, ecommerce, or running a small business
• Are highly organised and reliable
• Are comfortable handling logistics, content, and admin
• Want a stable full-time role with career growth

You do not need to be a professional marketer.
You do need to be responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
What We Offer
• Salary: HK$20,000 – 30,000 per month (depending on experience)
