System Administrator

Responsibilities
• Administer IT infrastructure and provide technical support
• Troubleshooting and resolve daily incidents
• Use infrastructure as a service (IaaS) from cloud providers such as AWS or Alibaba Cloud
• Responsible for hardware, software and network equipment installation, configuration and upgrade
• Responsible for infrastructure project implementation and evaluation
• Liaise and manage vendor to resolve infrastructure issues / projects
• Assist to handle ad-hoc projects

Requirements
• Higher Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in system administration and implementation
• Proficient on VMWare, Linux and Windows system administration and maintenance
• Hands-on experience in MS SQL / MySQL and MS Exchange Server administration
• Knowledge in SAN / NAS infrastructure, Backup / DR solutions
• Cloud infrastructure (especially Alibaba Cloud) certification is an advantage
• Good communication skills, good spoken and written English/Cantonese/Mandarin
• Self-motivated in a fast-pace environment
