Fully responsible for the operation management, market expansion, channel development, and team building of Taranis children's footwear in overseas markets (including but not limited to the United States, Singapore, the Middle East, Europe, etc.).
Conduct in-depth research on the operation models and consumption habits of various regional markets, collaborate with the group to formulate medium and long-term development strategies for overseas products and markets, and clarify product entry strategies and implementation paths.
Plan and organize the implementation of various marketing activities, explore new business opportunities, and continuously enhance the brand's popularity and influence in overseas markets.
Take charge of key links such as the decoration design of overseas stores, operation quality, store efficiency, employee recruitment and training, and customer service, ensuring the effective integration of standardization and localization.
Proficiency in using various operation and management systems, regularly report the overall operation status of overseas markets to the company, and provide optimization suggestions.
Coordinate cross-regional resources to ensure the effective implementation and execution of operation strategies in various markets.
