Role: Data Analyst & CRM Manager
Client: Top-tier International Bank
Duration: 12-Month Contract (Renewable)
Salary: 35,000 – 48,000 HKD per month
Location: Hong Kong

Core Purpose

Drive high-impact customer engagement for a leading retail bank by merging sophisticated data programming with strategic CRM execution. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of data-driven campaigns, from initial Python-based segmentation to post-implementation measurement.

Key Responsibilities
• Data Engineering: Execute advanced data extraction and manipulation using Python (Mandatory) and SAS (Advantageous).
• CRM & MarTech: Manage the full content development lifecycle using digital messaging tools such as SFMC, AEM, or Pega.
• Analytics & Reporting: Translate raw data into actionable insights via Tableau or QlikSense to optimize customer service delivery.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Business, Operations, and Technology units to ensure seamless project integration.
• Data Integrity: Maintain a "zero-tolerance" approach to quality/accuracy issues within the banking environment.

The Successful Candidate
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in Retail Banking with a focus on information and data management.
• Technical Skills: Expert-level Python is a must. Proficiency in SQL and SAS is highly preferred.
• Education: Degree in Statistics, Data Management, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Language: Fluency in Cantonese is required to facilitate effective communication with internal stakeholders and local business teams.
• Soft Skills: Strong sense of ownership, multitasking ability, and a service-oriented mindset.
