Regional Business Data Analyst (Hong Kong)

They are seeking an experienced Business Data Analyst professional to manage data quality assurance, data clearance, data migration and assisting in UAT for APAC region. Responsibilities
Manage data clearance using ETL, to perform and impose continuous improvement on quality and stability verification on different reporting systems.
Inspect and probe on existing business flow to propose advice and build documents to ensure operational steadiness and implement continuous improvement.
Generate accurate industrial business reports for Asia Pacific and resolving current application challenges including reducing downtime of existing applications.
Support, upgrade and maintain SharePoint, existing system and to prepare documentation and fine‑tuning user guide of process, system and business intelligence tools.
Assist in the preparation and roll out user acceptance test on new functions and gathering users’ feedback.
Requirements
At least 2 years of related experience in data analysis, data manipulation and accuracy, SQL and ETL.
Bachelor Degree holder in relevant field.
Experience in CRM or related application is preferred.
Good to have regional exposure.
Strong in both communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English and/or other Asian languages.
Creative and pro‑active in continuous improvement planning and implementation on existing system, application, processes and operation.
