About the Role
We are hiring Cantonese-speaking Customer Success Specialists to support a global smart devices client. This role focuses on delivering high-quality customer support and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels.
You will act as a trusted point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, issue resolution, and general product support in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities
⢠Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a professional and courteous manner
⢠Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues
⢠Perform basic to intermediate technical troubleshooting related to smart devices and applications
⢠Ensure timely documentation of customer interactions in internal systems
⢠Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction KPIs
⢠Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service delivery
Working Hours
⢠Monday to Sunday (rotational shifts)
⢠Operating hours: 9:00 AM â 9:30 PM
⢠9 hours per day (including 1-hour meal break)
⢠5 working days per week

Requirements
⢠Native or fluent Cantonese (mandatory)
⢠Mandarin proficiency (conversational to business level)
⢠English proficiency for internal communication
⢠Minimum Diploma (Bachelorâs Degree preferred)
⢠Experience in customer service, contact center, or client-facing roles is an advantage
⢠Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
⢠Comfortable working in a shift-based, fast-paced environment
