Candidates must have experience in the following areas:
Security:
• Deep understanding of application security (static, dynamic, and interactive application security testing)
• Knowledge of defining key risk indicators (KRIs) and key performance indicators (KCIs) for application security teams
• Large-scale ownership of applications managed
• Improving application security processes and governance
• Technical qualifications in security, including penetration testing and container security
Leadership:
• Previous management experience of teams of 10
Relevant certifications:
• OSCP, OSWE, CISSP, CISM
