We're Hiring: UI/UX Designer / Senior UI/UX Designer
Location: Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong | Department: Product Design | Full-time

What You’ll Be Doing
• Lead the end-to-end UI design for our web and mobile products, aligning with user needs, industry trends, and brand identity.
• Conduct in-depth user research and competitive analysis to define visual direction and produce detailed design systems.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to deliver intuitive, high-quality UI solutions, including layouts, icons, and color schemes.
• Continuously optimize and iterate designs based on user feedback and data insights to improve usability and enhance trading experience on the platform.
Who We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree or above in a design-related field; 3+ years of UI design experience (fintech or tech product experience is a plus).
• Proficient in tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with a solid foundation in design principles and aesthetics.
• Strong understanding of user experience and ability to manage the entire design process from concept to delivery.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear design solutions.
• Interest in fintech is a big plus, especially knowledge of precious metals markets or trading rules.
• Passionate about continuous learning and design innovation; always keeping an eye on industry trends.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
