🔑 Design and develop data solutions such as dashboards, analytics and AI-enabled solutions,

🔑 Execute data driven strategy in driving business initiatives such as payment integrity, provider and claims management strategy

🔑 Drive Product owner and project management to deliver forward-looking data solutions across multiple markets in APAC

🔑 Working closely with senior business stakeholders, technical delivery team, and external vendors to deliver cutting edge data solutions

🔑 Work in fast-paced environment with customer centric design and agile methodology

🔑 Partner with business and IT stakeholders to ensure that data related business requirements are clearly defined, communicated, and well understood

🔏 At least years 7-10 years experience in Data Analytics

🔏 Solid understanding of database storage tools, data cleansing and transformation, machine learning

🔏 Strong experience in business stakeholder management experience, project management experience and/or Agile methodology

🔏 Strong skills in programming languages, analytics software for data such as Python, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI

🔏 Proficient in data analytics and applying to business, data visualization, machine learning and recommendation engines, A/B testing and experiment design

🔏 Can-do mindset, Insurance background is highly appreciated

📍 Location: Hong Kong - Permanent role

📍 Salary: budget: HKD 60 to 75k/month + 3 months bonus

📍 Interview process: 3 rounds - Start: February 2025
