Business Analytics Manager

Responsibilities Include:
• Report to CEO and provide business intelligence and data analytics across various businesses;
• Lead a team of business analysts to perform data analysis, and provide value-adding insights and strategic recommendations to Senior Management;
• Monitor, measure and evaluate the performance of company digital marketing channels;
• Make feasible recommendations to reach revenue goals;
• Define and rollout digital measurement tracking and tagging strategies that align with business and marketing objectives;
• Develop model data in order to create quantitative models including forecast, operational, financial, and statistical models of business dynamics;
• Work closely with business users to collect requirements; define strategies and deliver robust analytics solutions to users;
• Lead data and business intelligence systems implementation projects end to end (requirements documentation, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution).

Who You Are:
• Bachelor Degree or above in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Information System or related disciplines with a strong quantitative background and excellent academic achievements;
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in eCommerce or digital media industries;
• Good knowledge of tracking implementation for Google Analytics, Media Analytics and Social Analytics;
• Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management;
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
