Job Responsibilities

1.Sales Target Achievement: Responsible for achieving or exceeding sales targets for the company's Interventional Cardiology products (e.g., coronary stents, balloon catheters, IVUS, IVL) and Structural Heart products (e.g., TAVI, LAAO) in the Hong Kong market. This role is positioned to represent our full cardiac portfolio as ONE MP.

2.Market Development & Account Management: Proactively explore new markets in both public and private hospitals and healthcare institutions in Hong Kong. Maintain and deepen long-term relationships with cardiologists, nurses, and procurement departments.

3.Professional Clinical Promotion: Conduct proficient product presentations, provide in-theatre support, and offer professional clinical training and technical support to physicians, communicating the latest product information and clinical solutions.

4.Market Intelligence Analysis: Collect and analyze market trends, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback in Hong Kong, providing timely strategic suggestions to the company.

5.Compliant Operation: Ensure all marketing and sales activities strictly comply with company policies and healthcare regulations in Hong Kong SAR.

Qualifications
• Language Skills: Must be fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, with proficiency in all three languages to effectively communicate with local clients and regional/global teams.
• Experience: 1-5 years of experience in medical device sales. Experience in the Interventional Cardiology and/or Structural Heart intervention field is highly preferred.
• Product Knowledge: Familiarity with vascular interventional and/or structural heart medical devices and their clinical applications.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
• Personal Attributes: Self‑motivated, results‑driven, able to work under pressure, and possesses strong independent working capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

1.Educational background in Clinical Medicine, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.

2.Existing relationships and resources within cardiology departments of hospitals in Hong Kong is a significant advantage.

3.Familiarity with the tender and procurement processes for medical devices in Hong Kong is preferred.
