Identify key targeted clientele with the defined business scope and implement appropriate pitching strategies to grow the business
Develop and maintain client relationships
Support daily BD operations, including preparation of sales quotations, order & invoices, handle customers inquiries, etc.
Follow up delivery schedule, maintain sales system & customers database, data input and document filing, etc.
Maintain good relationship with existing customers and explore new business opportunities from them
Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
Assist in sales materials preparation and tender preparation
Provide status information to Manager including forecast/pipeline information
Work closely with the sales teams in HQ to ensure the sales order are deliver within the timeline.
Supports development of the events/exhibitions
Assists in the planning and execution of the project plans, includes delegate management plans which present what delegates experience during the events/exhibitions.
Plan the scope of the event, including its time, location, and cost.
Solicit information from event organizer and coordinate event services such as venue, transportation, stock planning etc.
Prepare budget for each exhibition and present post-event report.
