System Analyst/ Senior Business Analyst (2 year contract + Gratuity)

Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth studies of user requirements and perform system analysis to create effective solutions that address business needs.
• Work alongside the Project Manager to efficiently implement and deliver IT solutions.
• Analyze extensive datasets to derive actionable insights that aid decision-making processes.
• Create and update dashboards and reports to illustrate data trends for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with offshore vendors to track project milestones and manage payments in accordance with contract terms.
• Prepare purchase request memos by gathering essential information from Project Initiation Forms and Project Proposals for review.
• Assist with regular management reporting, such as bi-weekly updates.
• Facilitate the issuance of purchase requests at the start of projects and prepare payment requests for final invoice processing with the Finance team.
• Keep an inventory of licenses and vendor contracts, tracking expiration dates and ensuring uninterrupted service.
Requirements:
• Higher Education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• Professional certification in Software Development, Scrum Master, or Project Management is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in system support and development.
• Proven experience in requirement studies, system analysis, design, rollout, and support.
• Knowledge of data science, software development life cycle, and airport operations is an advantage.
• Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to take on a technical leadership role.
• Self-motivated, able to work effectively under pressure, and skilled in multitasking.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; good command of Putonghua will be advantageous.
