Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements
• Conduct user and system requirements study, provide system design and evaluation subject to user requirements. Compile user requirement specification. Prepare system prototype. Manage system scope and user expectations
• Coordinate communication between various stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and technical teams
• Conduct workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure clarity on project goals, deliverables, and timelines
• Formulate and prepare Test Case and Scripts, Administration and User Guide, Training Material etc.
• Coordinate the project outstanding actions and follow up on the clients’ requirements to ensure the project is proceeding on track
• Provide support in system design, testing, implementation, training and documentation

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information System or related disciplines
• 4 years or above of relevant working experience in project implementation or similar roles
• A team-player with good communication, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Sound knowledge including MS Office Tools, project management software (e.g. Jira), automation test tools (e.g. Selenium)
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese including both Cantonese and Putonghua
• Candidates with less experience will consider as Junior Business Analyst
