Clinical Support Executive

Responsibilities:
• Review Clear Aligner treatment plan and discuss with doctors
• Provide training on oral scanning of Intra Oral Scanner to doctors
• Provide DSA training to able support doctors on Clear Aligner submission platform
• Work on project with sales team (Visit clinics and calls)
• Organize and support clinical events for GP and Ortho
• Develop new doctors and achieve submission target (Online appointment/ proactive calls)
• Provide basic clinical support on patients’ enquiries

Requirements:
• Diploma in Oral Health Therapy, Dental Technician (Will consider other relevant qualifications or experience)
• Candidates with good technical knowledge and experience in the dental field are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Digital dentistry / scanning experience will be an advantage.
• Experience in training dentists/orthodontists preferred
• Effective communication and presentation skill
• Customer-centric and warm disposition
