To join our growing team, we're seeking a passionate and talented UX/UI Designer who will play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive, user-centric interfaces that drive engagement and sales.
Responsibilities:
Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that optimize the user journey and conversion funnel.
Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for web and mobile interfaces, ensuring visual consistency and brand alignment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in UX/UI design and eCommerce.
Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
Champion user advocacy within the organization and ensure design decisions are driven by user needs.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, ideally within the eCommerce or retail industry.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Proven ability to translate complex user needs into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Figma Prototyping) preferred.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for eCommerce and understanding of user experience best practices in the field.
