Volunteer: Social Media Content Creator

Project Details
What We Need
• Join us for a 30 minutes call to learn more about our organization and our social media strategy
• Research and create 1-2 social media post with design / relevant images per week (for Facebook & Instagram)] in Traditional Chinese
• Help us to mange our social media channels
• Experience using Canva is a plus

Background
To promote our village to the public and showcase its unique history, heritage sites, scenic surroundings, and community spirit, we're recruiting volunteers to help build and grow our social media presence (e.g., creating engaging posts, photos/videos of landmarks like the ancestral hall, village events, local culture, and daily life to attract visitors and raise awareness).If you're passionate about storytelling, photography, graphic design, content creation, or simply love Ha Tsuen and want to help amplify its voice online, we'd love your support

What We Have
Images, branding, topical guidelines and access to our Canva Pro account will be provided.

Why this is important
Your social media posts will create awareness for our mission, in hopes to build up a community and get support or donation from the audiences.

What We Do
The purpose of our association is to address rural regional affairs, strengthen the connection between the government and the community, and enhance understanding of traditional rural culture and customs. Our responsibilities include assisting the government in policy implementation and maintaining local security, improving infrastructure and environmental hygiene, promoting fisheries, agriculture, horticulture, and logistics, advocating for educational and cultural activities, enhancing residents' welfare, and coordinating the resolution of disputes among villagers.
