Key Responsibilities and Requirement

We are looking for a creative and passionate social media marketer to create visually appealing image content for our design company. This position involves combining visual art, design, and marketing knowledge to convey brand messages and stories through image creation.

Job Duties:
• Design and create visually appealing and uniquely styled media images and video for social media posts, advertisements, website content, etc.
• Create visual content that aligns with brand positioning and business development strategy, reflecting the design company's image and values.
• Collaborate with the design directors to ensure image content is consistent with the overall business development strategy.
• Proficiently use design software (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Aftereffect etc.) for image creation and video editing.
• Reach out, line up and collaborate on site ( may need to travel ) with photographers, videographers, and other relevant team members to ensure high-quality and consistent image content. Candidiates with experience in Photoshooting, Video-Taking and Editing will be considered with a competitive edge.

Working Hours

· days per week or half day

· Option 1: 3 days per week, Working Hour: 9a-5p

· Option 2: 5 days per week, Half day (9-1p or 1-5p)

Requirements:
• Visual arts, graphic design, digital marketing or related fields or relevant work experience is a plus
• Proficiency in design software and tools, with excellent image creation and video editing skills.
• Strong creative thinking and visual expression abilities
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit
• Experience in NGO or Exposure to Design, Art and Culture is a plus
• Flexible, Hardworking, positive, proactive, responsible, good team player and people-oriented
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
