WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Growth Strategy & Client Consultation
Collaborate with internal teams to identify merchants' digital marketing needs and propose tailored solutions.
Engage with potential and existing SHOPLINE merchants to understand growth goals and share digital marketing best practices.
Conduct face-to-face or virtual strategy sessions to introduce performance-driven marketing approaches.
Develop and present customized digital growth strategies to help merchants scale efficiently.
Represent SHOPLINE in online/offline events and webinars as a subject matter expert on digital marketing trends.
Client Success & Relationship Management
Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for our solutions, building genuine relationships with clients.
Partner with merchants to ensure satisfaction and long-term success with our platform and services .
Identify opportunities for renewals, upselling, and cross-selling based on client goals and campaign results.
Cultivate a loyal client base by delivering value and maintaining regular communication.
Campaign Execution & Performance Optimization
develop strategic, integrated media plans across platforms.
Execute, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns, ensuring performance goals and KPIs are met.
Analysis campaign data and competitive activity to generate actionable insights and reports.
Handle administrative and coordination tasks to support campaign delivery and client servicing.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
University degree in business, marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
2+ years of work experience in an advertising media field
Understanding in Google Ads Manager and Facebook Business Manager is a must
Proficient in MS Office and knowledge in Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center and SEO is an advantage
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Result oriented, positive, self-motivated, outgoing, good interpersonal skill
Team player and a quick learner
Have a passion for pitching and the ability to work towards targets
Training will be provided to suitable candidates
