Job Description
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, efficiency gains, and cost reduction
Work closely with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and participate in the development and testing phases
Assist in managing and maintaining the company product road map and ensure all the tasks are successfully delivered on time and within the budget
Manage clients’ customization, control time and cost, analyze and understand client’s business and needs
Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards to stakeholders, conveying complex data-driven findings in a clear and understandable manner
Control the project related risk management process & ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, providing recommendations for continuous improvement
Report to VP of Engineering for project management
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in software development or program/project management
Experience with project management tools and methodologies
Technical background such as B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or STEM related discipline
Knowledge of cloud-based solutions
Experience in managing outsource software projects
Experience in writing codes or serving as architect for IT systems is preferred
Ability to communicate technical and non-technical concepts effectively
Presentable and possess good communication skills;
Organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in a fast-paced environment
Passion in learning new technologies
Good team player with positive and responsible attitude, energetic, motivated
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
