Job Duties:
• Develop cloud solutions and evaluate technology modernization.
• Manage service providers for timely delivery and quality assurance in projects and operations.
• Collaborate to build tools, integrate systems, and support infrastructure delivery.
• Provide Tier-3 support and advisory to operations and helpdesk teams.
Job Requirements:
• Higher Diploma/Associate Degree in IT or related fields.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience in multi-cloud platforms (e.g., AWS/Azure).
• Understanding of enterprise systems integration and implementation.
• Professional/technical certifications in security, infrastructure, or cloud platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good team player.
• Excellent English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese) language skills.
