Mission
Drive the end-to-end cloud transformation and DevSecOps modernization for a leading financial-services client across APAC.
You will own the strategy, migration roadmap and hands-on delivery of secure, scalable and cost-efficient cloud platforms, while enabling self-service capabilities for business and digital teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Cloud Strategy & Migration
– Design and roll out the APAC cloud strategy aligned with Group "Move-to-Cloud" objectives and regulatory mandates.
– Build and maintain the migration roadmap for legacy workloads to internal cloud and next-gen hybrid environments.
• Hands-On Delivery
– Lead cross-functional squads (engineers, architects, vendors) to migrate applications on time, on budget and to bank-grade security standards.
– Implement and manage cloud infrastructure (compute, storage, networking, security) and container platforms (Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• DevSecOps Enablement
– Architect and operate end-to-end DevSecOps toolchains (Jenkins, GitLab, SonarQube, Jira, Ansible, Terraform).
– Integrate security gates into every SDLC stage and track DORA metrics for continuous improvement.
• Performance & Cost Optimization
– Conduct rightsizing, automated shutdowns and cost-analysis to maximize ROI.
– Provide 24×7 operational support and enable self-service capabilities for developers.
• Governance & Stakeholder Management
– Ensure compliance with financial-industry regulations and security standards.
– Present road-maps, risk assessments and delivery status to senior leadership and external vendors.
Required Profile
• 10+ years in DevOps / cloud engineering, including 5+ years in a leadership or project-management role.
• Deep expertise in cloud concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, serverless) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• Hands-on proficiency with DevSecOps stacks: Jenkins, GitLab, SonarQube, Jira, Ansible, Terraform, microservices.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making and proven delivery track record.
• Excellent verbal and written English; additional Asian language is a plus.
