System Analysts / Team Lead – Mobile, Security, Data (HK$55K - $90K) (Ref. No.: 26329)

Our client, a Public Listed Company, is looking for a high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties
• Collect both technical and user requirements for the new features of system enhancement.
• Study the technical feasibility of the new features and implement a personal dashboard with data from various teams/departments, mobile information portal, streamlined workflow, mobile catalogue revamp, and the creation of the infrastructure and application structure.
• Liaise with vendors to provide system design, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support for the new enhancements.
• Collaborate with related stakeholders for the new enhancements, e.g., discussing with the project team of the new data interexchange gateway to develop APIs to support the personalised functions.
• Review deliverables provided by outsourcing contractors and conduct acceptance tests of the new enhancements.
• Provide technical support for the new enhancements.

Job Requirements
• At least 4 years’ experience in IT application development & management; solid working experience in system design, development, implementation, and maintenance of IT application systems.
• At least 2 years’ working experience in web services.
• At least 3 years in vendor management.
• Solid working experience in performing system integration tests and user acceptance tests.
• Solid working experience in providing technical support service to different users and clients.
• Solid working experience in Android/iOS application development.
• Knowledge of IT security or PKI is an advantage.
• Knowledge or experience in container technology, microservices technology, authentication/authorisation protocol standards such as OAuth or SAML is a big plus.
• Experience in User Interface and User Experience (UI/UX) design is an advantage.
• Good sense of analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English and Chinese writing skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
