Looking for an Account Manager / BD Associate to join a YC startup building an AI-native marketing agency.
Job Responsibilities:
Own and grow relationships with brands, acting as the primary point of contact from onboarding through ongoing campaigns.
Identify and close new business opportunities, including outreach, pitches, and proposal development with a heavy use of AI.
Coordinate with our internal teams to translate client goals into AI-powered campaigns, while identifying upsell opportunities.
Skills & Requirements:
1–4 years of experience in account management, business development, or client-facing roles in marketing, SaaS, or agency environments; startup exposure is a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills in Cantonese and English, with the ability to explain AI-powered marketing solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Proactive, data-driven mindset with a strong ability to multi-task and working in a fast-paced YC-backed startup.
