Business Analyst / Team Lead (HKD$ 35 - 60K+) (Ref. No.: 26412)
Our client, a Financial Institution, is looking for a high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
• Manage a team of business analysts to support project development, testing, and implementation.
• Liaise with internal and/or external project teams to support project implementation and problem resolution to ensure smooth delivery of the projects.
• Participate in the whole system development life cycle, from gathering requirements, system design and analysis, development, testing, implementation, documentation to maintenance.
• Drive and lead business solution design to align business, operational, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve reported system issues.
Job Requirements
• Degree holder in Computer Science / Business Administration or related disciplines.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good experience in the life insurance industry, familiar with policy administration processes is preferable.
• Good knowledge of insurance operations/procedures is preferable.
• Able to work in a dynamic environment and multi-task.
• Good in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
• Good team player and willing to learn.
• More experienced candidates will be considered as Team Lead.
