Job Description:
• To assist in designing frameworks and implementing new IT systems, including design and implementation
• To assist in implementing and fine-tuning AI solutions to improve performance, accuracy, and efficiency
• To produce project reports and presentation decks
• To collaborate with stakeholders to gather design requirements and manage IT project progress
• To carry out any other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirement Details:
• Higher Diploma / Degree in Information Technology
• At least 3-5 years working experience in related job duties
• Experience in UI/UX design, with the ability to craft platforms that elevate both portal and mobile user experiences
• Exposure to AI solution development, being able to enrich design workflows or enhance user interactions
• Skills in creating presentation decks that tell compelling design stories and communicate insights clearly
• A curious and adaptable mindset, eager to dive into new design tools, platforms or systems, and experiment with fresh approaches as project needs evolve
• A strong sense of commitment, balancing creativity with discipline to meet deadlines while crafting high-quality, user-centered experiences
• Empathy for users and the ability to translate insights into practical and meaningful design solutions
• Collaborative energy that shines both as a supportive team member and an inspiring leader
