Full Stack Application Developer (AI Development, Python, Wong Chuk Hang)

Responsibilities
• Design and develop AI-powered applications, agents, and workflow automations to support different business divisions.
• Implement AI solutions such as AI agents, RAG pipelines, and task automation to improve internal operational efficiency.
• Work closely with business teams to understand problems and identify suitable AI or automation solutions.
• Develop backend services and APIs primarily using Python to support AI applications.
• Build integrations between AI services and existing enterprise systems.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding and solution delivery.
• Deploy and maintain applications in containerized environments using Docker/K8S and related DevOps tools.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor to facilitate the development of AI

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related discipline
• 1–2 years of experience in software development or AI-related development (fresh graduates with strong project experience are welcome)
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, etc.)
• Knowledge of DevOps practices
• Experience with modern development and deployment practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, containerized development environments and Kubernetes environments (e.g. OpenShift)
• Experience working with LLM-based applications, such as agents, RAG, or workflow automation
• Good communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
