We are seeking a Sales Manager / Territory Manager to join our team and drive sales revenue growth while nurturing customer relationships within a designated geographical area.
Responsibilities
To achieve sales targets for assigned class of trade, delivering excellent customer service, and converting customers
Manage daily sales call activity according to defined expectations, with the purpose of influencing customers and building and driving product sales to clinics & hospitals
Build, propose, update and put in place strategies to achieve sales and win group tenders
Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships
Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes
Assess sales performance according to KPIs
Requirements and skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Marketing, or related discipline
Candidate with Medical Sales experience in Pharmaceutical related industry will be advantaged
Strong negotiation & decision-making skills
Strong process facilitation, problem solving and analytical thinking abilities to make sound business decisions on a day-to-day basis.
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Mature and self-motivated
Flexibility and ability to perform in a challenging environment
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
