About the Role
We're looking for a Head of Sales to own and build our APAC market from the ground up. You're joining an early-stage disruptor leading the massive inflection to stablecoin and on-chain banking in one of the world's most dynamic regions. This isn't a traditional sales management role—you'll be our first dedicated sales leader in APAC, which means you'll wear every hat from hunter to closer to strategist.
You’ll own the entire sales motion: identifying opportunities, building pipelines, running discovery calls, delivering compelling demos, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth handoffs to onboarding—and then scaling a team accordingly. You’ll have the autonomy to define our go‑to‑market strategy for APAC while working directly with leadership to shape how Limited serves this critical market.

What You'll Own
Full‑Cycle Sales Execution
• Own the complete sales cycle from first contact to signed customer
• Conduct prospecting and lead generation across APAC markets
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Run discovery calls to understand customer needs and pain points
• Deliver product demos that connect our solution to real business problems
• Navigate negotiations and close deals with conviction
• Ensure seamless handoffs to onboarding teams with complete context
Market Development & Strategy
• Develop and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for APAC
• Identify key customer segments and ideal customer profiles for the region
• Build market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and local dynamics
• Adapt messaging and positioning to resonate with APAC audiences
• Test and iterate on outreach approaches to find what works
Pipeline & Revenue Management
• Build and maintain accurate sales forecasts
• Track metrics that matter: pipeline velocity, conversion rates, deal size, sales cycle length
• Set and achieve ambitious revenue targets
• Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and optimize continuously
• Report on progress, insights, and opportunities to leadership
Relationship Building
• Cultivate relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers
• Represent Limited at regional events, conferences, and networking opportunities
• Build partnerships that accelerate market entry and credibility
• Serve as the voice of APAC customers internally, informing product and strategy

By the end of Year 1, you'll have established market presence, signed your first enterprise customers, and proven the business model for regional expansion:
• Consistent pipeline growth with healthy coverage ratios
• Revenue targets met or exceeded quarter over quarter
• Short sales cycles driven by deep customer understanding and crisp positioning
• High customer satisfaction scores at handoff—deals are set up for long‑term success
• Clear insights about the APAC market that inform company strategy

• You understand the unique challenges and opportunities in emerging and developed APAC markets
APAC Expert
• Strong knowledge of APAC business culture, payment behaviors, and market dynamics
• Understanding of regional economic landscape including FX considerations, capital controls, and cross‑border commerce
• Network of contacts or experience selling in multiple APAC markets (Singapore, Hong Kong, Greater China, Southeast Asia)
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese is strongly preferred—ability to conduct business conversations and build relationships in Chinese
Customer-Centric
• You listen more than you talk and ask questions that uncover real needs
• Consultative approach—you're solving problems, not just pushing product
• You care about customer success beyond the signature
• Build trust quickly and maintain long‑term relationships
Data-Driven Closer
• You know your numbers cold: conversion rates, pipeline health, average deal size

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in fintech, banking, payments, or financial services
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Experience owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Deep understanding of APAC markets and business dynamics
• Excellent presentation and demo skills
• Strong negotiation abilities with enterprise and mid‑market customers
• Self‑starter mentality with ability to work independently
Bonus Points
• Bilingual: Native or fluent Mandarin Chinese
• Experience selling cross‑border payments, treasury, or banking solutions in APAC
• Existing network of decision‑makers in target industries across the region
• Experience building sales processes and playbooks from scratch
• Background working with startups or high‑growth fintech companies
• Additional languages: Cantonese, Japanese, Bahasa, Thai, or Vietnamese
