Business Analyst (Renewable Contract)

Responsibilities:
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and scripts, ensuring all systems meet quality standards.
• Facilitate user meetings to translate needs into functional specifications.
• Create clear documentation, including BRDs and user guides.
• Provide insights based on banking domain knowledge.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years of Business Analyst experience in banking.
• Relevant experience in performing UAT testing is preferred
• Knowledge of ATM services and Digital Banking; experience with insurance projects is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese.
