We are seeking an AI Analyst Researcher/Developer to help advance our AI Parenting Coach platform. This position will play a key role in utilizing generative AI and large language models to enhance the Coach’s capabilities.
Responsibilities will include:
Conducting user research and analyzing parenting/child development best practices to inform model training
Developing novel generative techniques to power customized guidance and responses at scale
Implementing advanced NLP/NLU to strengthen the Coach’s understanding of family needs/concerns
Training generative models using newly annotated parenting/child data sets
Testing and evaluating model performance/usefulness through A/B experiments
Helping expand the Coach’s knowledge graph to cover additional topics over time
Contributing documentation to communicate research insights and processes
Partnering with product and engineering teams on new Coach feature development
Qualifications:
Advanced degree in AI/machine learning or related technical field
Expertise in generative AI techniques like GPT-3, BERT, etc.
Strong NLP/NLU skills for natural conversation capabilities
Experience with large language models and conversational datasets
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical partners
Passion for using AI to improve lives through education and healthcare
Be self-motivated and able to work independently on research problems
