Create and implement social media strategies tied to product launches, industry insights, and market trends.
Identify opportunities to expand reach and engagement across diverse platforms.
Able to initiate viral social campaigns to reach the target audience and achieve business goals
Work closely with the social media team to plan content calendars
Collaborate with producers and graphic designers to develop creative campaigns and assets.
Ensure messaging consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
Be aware of latest trends on social media and provide ideas for real time marketing content
Campaign Execution
Oversee rollout of campaigns across multiple channels.
Adapt content strategies to suit platform-specific audiences (e.g., Youtube, IG, facebook threads and fourm).
Performance Evaluation
Monitor KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversions, and sentiment.
Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights.
Recommend optimizations based on analytics and competitor benchmarking.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with product, marketing, and cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader business goals.
Support market-specific initiatives or events where relevant.
Requirements
At least 5 years of social media management or relevant experience preferably in finance industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies.
Strong understanding of platform-specific dynamics (Threads, Instagram, X, Facebook etc).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels of the organization.
Skilled in analytics tools and performance measurement.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Creative mindset with ability to adapt to fast-changing trends.
Proficiency in English , Cantonese & Mandarin
