Synergy Marketing Technology Limited is hiring a Growth Marketer to support the growth of HomeDash, our AI-powered real estate technology platform. This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, with a strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, funnel optimization, and content-driven growth.
You will work closely with the founder and internal team to drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, and conversion across multiple channels. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a fast-moving PropTech and AI business.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute growth campaigns across paid, organic, social, content, and partnership channels
Support lead generation and conversion for HomeDash and related real estate technology solutions
Create and optimize landing pages, ad campaigns, email/WhatsApp funnels, and user journeys
Coordinate content marketing initiatives including blog posts, short videos, social content, and campaign assets
Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve CAC, conversion rate, and retention
Work with product, sales, and operations teams to test growth ideas and improve go-to-market execution
Help build and manage CRM workflows, marketing automations, and reporting dashboards
Conduct market research on customer segments, competitors, and new growth opportunities
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, or related roles
Strong understanding of paid ads, content marketing, SEO, email/CRM, and conversion funnels
Comfortable using marketing tools such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, CRM tools, email platforms, and analytics dashboards
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
Good copywriting and communication skills in English and Chinese
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a startup environment
Nice to Have
Experience in startup, SaaS, PropTech, real estate, or AI-related products
Familiarity with automation tools, no-code tools, or CRM workflow systems
Experience creating content for social media, video campaigns, or founder-led branding
