Job Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing strategies that translate brand missions and commercial objectives into actionable go-to-market plans, including ATL, BTL, and TTL execution across various channels.
- Manage social media platforms by scheduling content, generating innovative ideas, and creating engaging materials to boost user engagement and meet conversion goals.
- Optimize digital media buying for user acquisition and re-marketing campaigns to improve ROI efficiency.
- Support e-commerce initiatives and loyalty programs.
- Organize, implement, and monitor promotional and marketing campaigns and events in line with established objectives, budgets, and schedules.
- Maximize sell-through of Milwaukee-branded power tools by effective merchandising of point-of-purchase materials.
- Lead and coordinate ad hoc projects as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience; knowledge of e-commerce, SEO, and SEM is advantageous.
- A strong commitment to continuous learning and the ability to apply new knowledge in a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to work independently, with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
