We are currently building a cutting-edge platform that will redefine the way people shop online. To join our growing team, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Project Manager who will play a vital role in driving project success and delivering the platform on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the full project lifecycle of assigned eCommerce platform projects, ensuring successful completion from initiation to launch and beyond.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, product, marketing) to ensure seamless project execution.
Manage project risks and proactively identify and mitigate potential issues.
Track project progress and performance against key metrics, reporting to stakeholders on a regular basis.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the project team.
Drive efficient resource utilization and ensure project adherence to best practices.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Proven experience in managing complex projects from inception to completion.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management best practices (PMP certification a plus).
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate effectively, and work independently under pressure.
Experience with project management software tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) preferred.
Understanding of eCommerce industry and online retail landscape a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
