Project Manager/ Business Analyst - HRIS (Oracle HCM)

Overview

We are hiring a hybrid HRIT Project Manager / Business Analyst to support the APAC rollout of a global Oracle HCM Cloud implementation. This role owns both delivery execution and functional requirements, working closely with HR, IT, and implementation partners to migrate from legacy HR systems (including PeopleSoft) to a unified Oracle HCM platform.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end delivery of HRIT projects across APAC (planning, execution, governance, and reporting)
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across Core HR, Onboarding, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, and Offboarding
• Translate HR processes into Oracle HCM Cloud functional designs aligned with global standards
• Act as the bridge between HR stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery timelines
• Drive UAT planning and execution (test plans, test cases, user support)
• Support change management, training, and user documentation
• Present status updates in project and steering committee forums.

Required Experience
• Strong experience as HRIT Project Manager and/or Business Analyst
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud
• Solid functional knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM Core HR
• Experience with HR system implementations or regional rollouts
• Strong understanding of HR data migration, reporting, and integrations
• Experience managing UAT and stakeholder-driven delivery

• Oracle HCM Cloud certification
• Financial services or large enterprise environment experience
