Assist to monitor the IT system of the School & maintain the system performance/regular back up implementation
Responsible for IT support on software/hardware, daily operations to the staff, including Fingerprints, email accounts, etc.
Administer & manage procurement of IT/digital equipment/software whenever required
Provide support to audio/visual equipment/social media of the School
Responsible for video editing & simple visual/shooting
Create, update and maintain website content so as to support the social media platform activities operate in a smooth way
Assist in events & activities as required
Perform ad-hoc tasks of administration work
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Arts Administration or related disciplines
3-5 years of experience in related field
Motivated & independent, strong communication skills as well
Fluent in both English & Cantonese
