Part-time General Admin + Designer / Video Editor

Achievers is expanding and currently hiring part-time talent to support our marketing and operations teams. We are looking for responsible, detail-oriented individuals who can work independently in a professional education environment.
Role 1: Part-time / Freelance Design & Video Editor
Responsibilities
Design social media posts and marketing visuals
Edit short-form videos (social media, ads, case-sharing content)
Ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines
Revise designs/videos based on feedback
Requirements
Proficient in Canva and/or Adobe tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
Prior experience in social media or marketing content preferred
Portfolio or sample work required

Role 2: Part-time General Admin (Education / Admissions)
Responsibilities
Student scheduling and class coordination
Admissions and tutorial-related admin support
WhatsApp and email follow-ups with parents and students
Basic spreadsheet tracking and internal documentation
Support daily operations and ad-hoc admin tasks
Requirements
Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented
Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
Good communication skills in English; Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus
Interest or background in education preferred
