Position overview
As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's identity and driving its growth in the market. You will identify market potential, assess risks and opportunities, and define clear marketing objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective brand strategies that resonate with consumers and enhance our market presence.
What you'll be doing
• Market Analysis: Identify market potential, risks, and opportunities to define effective marketing objectives and strategies
• P&L Management: Take full responsibility for the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the brand, ensuring optimal portfolio performance
• Brand Planning: Manage the development and execution of cohesive brand plans that align with business strategy and performance goals
• Consumer Engagement: Create engaging brand experiences through relevant consumer touchpoints, fostering loyalty and enhancing brand perception
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to align brand objectives and strategies, ensuring a unified approach across the organization
• Strategic Positioning: Devise and implement short- and long-term strategies to position the brand effectively and increase market share
• Insights & Analytics: Track consumer insights and analyze CRM data to identify market trends and best practices, driving continuous improvement and expanding our member and user base
Requirements
Who we're looking for:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing related subjects
• 6+ years of experience in product marketing and brand management
• With experience in the consumer goods industry/ FMCG is highly preferred
• Outstanding presentation and organizational skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and creative team player with strong business acumen
• Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines
• Knowledge of market trends and consumer insights, with the ability to use data to inform brand strategy
• Excellent collaboration and project management skills
