System Admin/ Manager/ Database Admin (DBA)x3-Linux/Cloud/Database (HK40 - 65K)

Our client, a Retail Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Responsibilities:-

For System Administration Manager / Administrator –Linux or Cloud:
• Provide implementation and maintenance / support to Cloud automation and orchestration tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Manage and monitor the Linux/ private Cloud environment, including compute, storage, and networking resources. Provide 24x7 supports for Cloud infrastructure system.
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and data protection for critical Cloud-based applications and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Cloud-related issues in a timely manner.
• Cooperate with other teams to make sure the services & integration are up to the company's security standard.
• Provide technical guidance and training to application developers / operators on Cloud-related processes and procedures.

For System Administrator Manager / Administrator – Cloud DBA
• Private Cloud Database Environment Management and Monitoring (24x7 Support).
• Scalable Cloud Database Architecture Design and Implementation.
• TDSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis Database Management and Optimization.
• Collaboration with Development Teams for Database Solution Integration.
• Database Performance Monitoring, Troubleshooting, and Improvement.
• Data Security and Compliance Assurance.
• Database Design, Process, and Procedure Documentation.
• Technical Support and Guidance for Team Members.

Requirements:-

For System Administration Manager / Administrator – Cloud:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, plus 2+ years of Cloud OR Linux system administration experience would be good
• Familiarity with Red Hat OpenShift, Containers, Ansible, Elasticsearch, Grafana, Prometheus, Huawei HCS, MySQL, and Redis preferred.
• Strong understanding of Cloud platforms (compute, networking, storage, backup / recovery, virtualization) is great.
• Must be self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and committed to staying current with Cloud technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills required.
• Good in spoken Chinese ; English & Mandarin a plus.
• Financial industry experience and knowledge of banking systems' technical architecture preferred.

For System Administrator Manager / Administrator – Cloud DBA:
• Proven expertise in TDSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis (2+ years experience).
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms and database performance tuning / optimization.
• Familiarity with data modelling and database design principles.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English (Mandarin proficiency a plus).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Prior experience in the financial industry with knowledge of banking systems' technical architecture is a plus.
