Job Description:
We are on the lookout for a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives in our Hong Kong office. The successful candidate will not only be responsible for crafting and executing strategic sales plans and driving revenue growth but will also be tasked with building and nurturing a high-performance sales team from the ground up. This role is pivotal in expanding our customer base and solidifying our position in the competitive fintech landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed target sales figures.
Build, lead, and mentor a sales team, establishing a culture of excellence and achievement.
Cultivate strong, lasting customer relationships with key clients and strategic partners within the fintech sector.
Stay ahead of market trends and customer needs to ensure Payment Options remains a leader in payment solutions.
Work closely with the marketing team to drive sales through targeted campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Negotiate contract terms with clients and partners to secure profitable and sustainable deals.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence to senior management, facilitating strategic planning and decision-making.
Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies across the sales team.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Proven track record as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role, specifically within the fintech or financial services industry.
In-depth understanding of the Hong Kong market and regulatory landscape.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated capability in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
Analytical mindset with a keen eye for market trends and sales data.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
Fluent in English and Cantonese/Mandarin
