Job Highlights

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for promoting and selling cruise vacation packages to prospective customers.
• Responsible for maximizing cruise bookings and sales revenue.
• Provide accurate information on itineraries, accommodations, onboard activities, and pricing.
• Handle inquiries, address concerns, and guide customers through the booking process.
• Process bookings, collect payments, and issue necessary documentation.
• Proactively follow up with clients to nurture leads and secure bookings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new cruise offerings, and promotions to provide customers with the most up-to-date information.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and other relevant data.
• Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree holder in Travel or Tourism or equivalent.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the travel industry or retail sales.
• Passion for travel and knowledge of cruise vacations.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese word processing.
• Sound knowledge of GDS reservation systems such as Amadeus is preferred.
• Must be digital savvy and good with web applications and computers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Retail Sales Representative/Retail Manager.
