Responsibilities:
Develop detailed project plan to monitor and track progress and align with IT/business direction, execution roadmap and project scope
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution
Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Perform risk management to minimize project risks as well as report and escalate to management as needed
Establish and maintain relationships with business, technical teams and vendors, leading role of project meetings and requirement gathering
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
Develop project documentation such as meeting materials, project roadmap and regular updates to PMO
Develop or guidance to business analysts for business analysis documentation, such as requirement/functional specifications, diagrams, process maps as needed
Requirements:
Degree holder of Information system, business administration or related discipline
Minimum 8 years project management experience
Solid project management experience of ITSM platform (e.g. Service Now) , application integration implementationProficient in Waterfall and/ or Agile methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management skills as well as sourcing business knowledge
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Works well individually and in a team environment
ITIL, Project Management Professional (PMP) / Professional Scrum Master [link removed] (PSM) / Six Sigma qualification
