Responsibilities:
• Provide first level IT help desk support to users in our banking client
• Handle customer inquiries via telephone/email in a professional manner
• Perform ad-hoc assignments and responsibilities requested by supervisor
• Maintain setup office PC, Mobile, Meeting Room, Phone system, Printing services, WIFI & IT related system device
• Ensure the availability on Meeting Room System, Phone System, Network at the start of the day
• PC and mobile devices configuration and support
• Install and uninstall PC software, hardware, mobile devices and peripherals
• Troubleshoot and fix desktop(on-site and remotely) and network issues
Requirements:
• Diploma or above in IT or related discipline, or with help desk experience
• 1+ year experience in IT support/customer services
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Senior candidates with good IT support experience would be considered as Help Desk Managers
1 Year Secondment Contract would be provided to successful candidate
