• System monitoring and job performance tracking
• Technical support services for internal users and external customers
• System health checks and maintenance
• Hotline and service desk services, including problem escalation
• Routine reports and documents for supported IT services
Job Requirements
• IT support experience or relevant background
• Diploma or degree in Computer Science or related IT field
• Basic PC troubleshooting skills are advantageous
• Strong computer knowledge, communication skills, and telephone etiquette
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
• Availability to work on public holidays and shifts (0800-2200)
• Immediate availability is beneficial
