We are expanding quickly and now enhancing guest experience in Hong Kong to support our growth. The ideal candidates will be our brand ambassadors to ensure a pleasant customer journey with Dash Living's values embedded in their daily operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Responsible for the operation and customer support of the designated property or cluster

Responsible for training Community Specialists and ensuring their knowledge transfer and SOP compliance

Responsible for the member engagement of the designated property or cluster

Responsible for customer satisfaction and handling escalated and emergency cases.

Focal point for guest inquiries, traffic & reservations

Coordinate guest service-related issues such as maintenance, reservations and housekeeping with other community team members

Shift duty is required including Saturday & Sundays

Assisting the Community Manager to deliver on operational tasks to maintain and exceed guest expectations

Other ad hoc tasks as required by direct manager

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

A minimum of 2  years working experience in guest service/ concierge/ front desk / hospitality sectors

Higher diploma/ Professional Certificate or above in Hospitality and Tourism Studies is a plus

Adapt to change and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Passionate about customer service and engagement. 

Experience in a hotel, serviced accommodation, co-working, membership clubs, start-up environments will be a plus

Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and a sense of humour is a plus

Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Other languages are a plus
