Position Overview​

Drive sales of iFLYTEK’s AI solutions​ (e.g., intelligent customer service, risk control analytics, smart decision-making tools) to Hong Kong financial institutions​ (banks, insurance, asset management, fintech) and large enterprises​ (local industry leaders). Leverage existing client networks to accelerate market penetration and exceed revenue targets in Hong Kong’s competitive tech landscape.

Key Responsibilities​
  1. Strategic Sales Execution: Develop and implement targeted sales plans for AI solutions in Hong Kong’s financial services and large enterprise sectors; decompose annual targets into quarterly/monthly actionable steps (e.g., client outreach, demo scheduling, proposal submission).

  2. Client Relationship Management: Nurture long-term partnerships with key stakeholders (e.g., CTOs, Heads of Digital Transformation, Risk Officers) at financial institutions and large enterprises; conduct regular on-site visits to understand pain points (e.g., operational efficiency, compliance, customer experience) and position iFLYTEK’s AI as a solution.

  3. Opportunity Identification & Closure: Identify new business opportunities via existing networks and market mapping; lead end-to-end sales cycles (from lead generation to contract signing), including coordinating pre-sales demos, negotiating terms, and ensuring smooth handoff to implementation teams.

  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, R&D, and pre-sales teams to tailor AI solutions to client needs (e.g., customizing NLP models for banking compliance); share frontline feedback to refine offerings.

  5. Market Intelligence: Monitor Hong Kong’s financial/enterprise AI adoption trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes (e.g., HKMA guidelines); report insights to inform company strategy.

Qualifications​

(Candidates without Hong Kong financial/large enterprise client resources​ will not pass initial screening.)

1. Resources & Track Record (Mandatory)

  • Established Network: Proven access to Hong Kong financial sector clients​ (e.g., retail/commercial banks, insurers, asset managers) and large enterprises​ (e.g., Fortune 500 regional HQs, local conglomerates).

  • Sales Performance: Documented success in selling AI solutions, fintech tools, or enterprise software​ to these segments (e.g., closed deals >HK$1M, retained long-term clients).

  • Local Expertise: Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in Hong Kong, with a focus on financial services or large enterprise accounts.

2. Skills & Knowledge

  • Language: Fluent Cantonese (native); proficient English (for international clients) and Mandarin (for cross-border coordination).

  • Product Acumen: Familiarity with AI technologies (NLP, machine learning, data analytics) and their applications in finance/enterprise (e.g., fraud detection, customer segmentation).

  • Industry Insight: Deep understanding of Hong Kong’s financial regulations (e.g., HKMA, SFC), corporate procurement processes, and cultural nuances in client engagement.

  • Tools: Proficient in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.

3. Traits

  • Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven; thrives in a target-oriented environment.

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills; able to influence C-level stakeholders.

  • Willing to travel moderately within Hong Kong and occasionally to Macau/Mainland China.

4. Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related fields are a plus.
